7 year old kid drives a car
This is what I am trying to say from my previous blog post regarding the 4-year old girl driving a car. Way back year 2009. There was a kid whos name is Samuel. He was 7years old that time. Her proud parents uploaded a video in Utube where Samuel was driving their car at the speed of 40km per hour. Guess what's next? Their provincial police created an investigation.
Aside from Samuel is underage, another offense found by cops in the video was none of them was wearing a seatbelt.
Soon or later the police will caught the parents of the young chinese girl who drives a car.
