Miss Universe 2011 in Bikinis
I just learned that it take months for the contestants of Miss Universe girls to prepare for the contest. They eat less and apply proper exersize to shaped up their body.
Anyone who have a strong motivation to loose weight and to shapeup can do just like what the Miss Universe contestants did.
